Happy Tuesday! Firm media was in charge of creating my webpage and promoting it on the internet. They did not do much of either. I had to rewrite most if not all of the subpages as the content was either incorrect or missed the mark completely. After over a year with them and not having a SINGLE patient refer to the website as a reason how they found us or why they chose us, it was time to go separate ways. However, not before I had to pay them over $15000 more to get out of our auto-renewing contract. Be careful when signing agreements with them and be ready to do most of the leg work.
