We are a video marketing company that starts with strategy first. We help out clients identify their target market and then help them create buyers personas for that market. We will then start to develop a video strategy to figure out how our content can help reach the target buyers persona. From the strategy phase, we will then create a script for the videos with the strategy woven in. Using the top of the line video production equipment, a skilled staff of storytellers and the strategy created we then produce a high-end final product designed to drive traffic and help our clients get a return on investment from their video project.

The Flex Media team is client-focused and really makes life easy for the customer. From the start of our relationship, Bill and his team have been responsive, professional and (no surprise) flexible to changes in the scope of our work. During a half day shoot, we requested an additional half day due to some shots running long and it took all of 30 seconds for the team to make arrangements to get all the shots required. Without that level of agility, we certainly would have lost some of the best footage of the day. The finished videos were exactly what we had in mind when we contracted them for the work. We have used Flex Media for video capture and post production and still photography. I would recommend the Flex Media team to any companies looking to enhance their company's communication strategy through digital media.

The team at Flex Media is pure class. The founder, Bill Baraona, is a graduate of my Media Arts program at Cuyahoga Valley Career Center and gives back in every way possible from being a guest speaker, to serving on my advisory board, to hosting job shadows and internships. With his team's knowledge and expertise, he has helped to keep our program on the cutting edge. Their works speaks for itself, but you can't put a price on integrity. I had the honor of nominating and seeing Bill being named a CVCC distinguished alumni for his excellence in the industry this year. You couldn't ask for a better group to work with to craft your message and reach your audience.

It is a real pleasure working with Bill and the Flex Media team. We were lucky to work with them on both pre-recorded interviews when travel was restricted, and then back at a live event. In all cases, they were professional, prepared, and very patient with our team, our speakers, and our event attendees - they made us look good! (And they are knowledgeable and generous cheerleaders for the city of Cleveland!)

We absolutely love working with Flex Media for all of our video projects. The Flex team is easy to work with, responsive, and organized. They go above and beyond to make our content stand out. While travel restrictions were in place and we were unable to host in-person events, Flex made it easy to create virtual content. Now that we are back in-person, it is great to work with them at our events. I would recommend Flex Media to a colleague, friend or family member because they are the best to work with!
