I do not recommend taking any contract or full-time roles with this group. Projects are unorganized and expectations are never outlined even when you ask clarifying questions. They will ask you to complete tasks on tight deadlines due to internal issues and will blame the client instead of reflecting on internal inefficiencies. You will also get dropped from projects with no communication. There are good people, but as a whole it is not a good working environment. Some of the leadership team is also unprofessional.

Extremely disorganized, communication is always delayed and/or non-existent. Expectations on their end are impossible to follow when they don't communicate or share what they actually need or want. This is from an internal perspective, no idea how they operate externally but would not recommend.
