Tim redesigned our logo and helped us realize our vision for how the logo and the website should look. He went through multiple versions of the design with us and was patient and relaxed throughout so that we had fun getting to where we wanted to be. No detail was too small – colors, font. Kelsey was our project lead, and she was consistently upbeat and energetic while keeping us on track and responding to our requests for changes. She helped guide us through a process that could have been complicated but wasn’t with her help. We knew if we didn’t have a response right away from Kelsey on a question or idea that it meant our email got filtered into her spam box! Overall, the team was always helpful, answered questions in a timely manner, and never made us feel that our questions were unimportant. We have a greater understanding of the behind-the-scenes workings of making a huge project like this come to fruition. We love our new website!
