David Adams promised to create a website for me in 10 days. After 12 weeks he said the website he was working on would NOT be accessible on a mobile phone. As he said 80% of website viewing is on a mobile phone. After the 12 weeks David Adams stated it would cost much more to create a separate site that could be viewed on a mobile phone. He was paid $1,000 and refused to refund any of the fee and did not provide anything I could use. He did not do anything he promised. DAVID MULLICAN, ARCHITECT
