Strategic, knowledgeable, and transparent to a fault. GenTech absolutely TRANSFORMED my financial service business. I’ve been burned by “marketing agencies” who claim to be DFY, but they’re all bark and no bite. I’ve had a steady flow of QUALIFIED leads in my DMs and I’m going to have to hire a few more people on my team now

Amazing team!

This has been one of the most disappointing experience that I have had with a marketing company. Let’s lay it out because first of all the service was not cheap and we don’t mind paying for something that is quality. When we hired Gen Tech Marketing after we had a pervious bad experience with another marketing agency and they reassured us that they could deliver an ROI for our ad spent. We spoke to a sales rep from GenTech and they showed us how they help another dog training company. We decided there them for a trial and charged us $1500 the first month and the following was suppose to be $2k and the 3 the regular $3000 per month but that did not play out that way. They when straight to charge us $3k and yet no real conversions. Before you sign up they want payment first then agreement after that they can manipulate it because they already got paid and what we talked about on the call was not in the agreement they supplied after. Real dishonest. Then we have been working on a digital course and we needed help launch it and getting it ready. The owner Christian Jamal said he could help. He charged a ridiculous price of 7k for something my 10 year old son could have done with his eyes closed. He missed his deadline that he set and kept making excuses for him to receive payment and get it done in one day. I believe I worked harder to help get it my online course done than they did. It was really a rushed job. I felt like just another victim of his sales scheme. Just another number that they could say they got paid but what about me the client? Then he wanted to get paid the other half of the course when he felt he done his half fast job. 1 video 2 payment links and that’s it. No pride at all in the work. Meanwhile I am spending $100 a day on ad spent and no conversions. When I confronted them they said it was my fault because all other clients of theirs are converting. Guess they should stay in Florida because NJ and NYC is not at their level. Pointing fingers and no solutions. Once I informed them I was no longer to continue they paused my ads which I told them not to and he wanted the difference for the unfinished course that was not worth $7k I never authorized a charge and Christian felt he had the right to run my card with out my permission. This was the worst experience I have ever had. It is clear that they don’t have any morals or pride in their work. For a small and mom shop his charge made a big whole in our pockets. So dissatisfied with the service they had given me and my wife. Would I recommend GenTech Marketing and Christian Jamal to any of my friends, family, or small business definitely not. They sell you a dream and spit you out to the street when they can’t follow through. Deep pockets get ready to help feed the Rolex's and Luxury cars they need to have with your hard earned money.

Deciding to work with Gentech has truly changed everything about our business. As hesitant as I initially was they have continued to increase our leads and sales. They are constantly adjusting as needed and communication is always open. Incredibly thankful for this Marketing team
