There is also no waiting for weeks to see results. For bigger projects, there are regular updates and communication regarding the status of the action steps. For smaller tasks, the updates aren't necessary because they are done FAST! Even during non-work hours or days, I have been able to rely on Lee to get emergency or even mundane requests accomplished.
