Arrogant and passive-aggressive by my measure. Their recruitment office solicited my interest only to issue insults days later when someone took a judgmental view of that same public information. You'd think a company specializing in things like marketing and reputation management would understand the consequences of pulling someone off to the side just to inject negativity into their day. Having perceived both dubious judgment and unprofessional behavior, this is not a company I would choose to work with on either side of the fence.

Gannett: The worst company ever. 1. I hired them to set up my social media and they never provided me with any of the passwords they had created. 2. They set up their own yahoo email account for my business, instead of using the business account I provided them. Of course they never provided me with the email address or passwords; thus, I have been locked out of my Google Places and Twitter accounts for 3 years. 3. Both Google and Twitter have been trying to help me but it has been so much extra work, having to show them proof that I am the business owner, transferring and updating information. 4. The worst part is while I have been locked out of these accounts, Gannett had misspelled information, inaccurate contact information and out dated photos posted on my pages. I was unable to change them. They did the exact opposite of what they promised. They did not build my business or help me attract customers, if anything, their poor representation of my business turned away customers. They should refund my money and compensate me for the time I have spent dealing with this disaster. Even the email contacts on Gannett's website do not work and they are still operational. This company is a joke and a scam!
