IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL THEIR SUBSCRIPTION, SORRY! IT’S NOT GOING TO WORK. THEY WILL FIRST MAKE IT TOO DIFFCULT, AND AFTER YOU FOLLOW ALL THEIR RIDICULOUS STEPS AND THEY TELL YOU IT IS CANCELED, DO NOT BE SURPRISED WHEN YOU KEEP GETTING CHARGED. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL PLEASE CALL YOUR BANK INSTEAD TO STOP THEIR CHARGE.

This company is clearly a scam. Initially signed up for their services in February of 2021. Was promised A LOT by their sales/customer rep Ryan Stojanovich; turns out it was all a lie. Crossposting of reviews between Yelp, Google, Bing, etc: never happened. Their messaging feature and calendar features never worked for our business. Before we signed up, Ryan explained, after weeks of going back and fourth on recorded phone calls, that they would be building us a website and maintaining it along with all the other great features available to us through their platform. Ryan reassured us that the website would be transferred over to us if we ever cancelled our subscription to GoSite. Fast forward 2 years and we are now told when we cancel our subscription, we will not only lose our access to the GoSite platform but will also lose our website. This company and its employees will lie to you endlessly to get money. Do yourself a favor and research GoSite before you even consider them a choice for your business needs. There are MANY other services out there that are much better with employees that will not lie to you. I highly recommend avoiding this company. They do not care at all about their customers. Do yourself a favor and build your own website. Most if not all of the services GoSite offers can be done for free or quite literally a fraction of the price at most. Do not fall for their scam. Get everything in writing if you ever consider them as an option for your business.

their services didnt worked for my company . then on top of that , i requested to cancel the services by email , text message and over the phone, but they made it so difficult and didnt processed my cancelation and continued to charge my account . i had to call my bank to stop any future payments from gosite. !

DO NOT USE! They will continue to charge your card after cancellation. They opened a merchant account for my business without authorization and are refusing to close it blaming it on the merchant bank. They have drawn thousands of dollars from my account without authorization. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY!!!

An amazing company not just in terms of the work they do but the follow up that they establish. The results they get. Especially Maclaine, who was very thorough, patient, diligent and willing to double check and make sure things got done in a timely manner. It seems they have a great team that works together! Also, Alex has done an outstanding job as well!!!!
