Great location for conventions and events. Staff is kind and accommodating. The cafe inside is closed, but there is a coffee shop and restaurants with great food half a block away.

Very strict about outside food but provide free onsite parking and facility is very nice

Was there this Saturday past with a musical group and was treated very poorly and racially profiled by a Caucasian woman in all black. She was very disrespectful in her communications and after I asked to have a further conversation with her she hid.

When you advertise that there's free WiFi, the WiFi should not run as though powered by a hamster on a wheel. It was awful.

Very nice for upscale large gathering. They had nice conference venue. We attended the Columbia Day of Prayer conference 2023 & 2024. They catered a breakfast with what was suppose to be quiche...missed the target. Sorry guys.

Location convenient. The free guest wifi is still too slow for large conference attendance, and phone signal strength diminishes in the building. This time, the tables set up in one room were dirty with spills and cup rings. I had to clean the tables before attendees arrived.
