Hibu has not only designed a brand new website for our service based trade company, but has also raised our advertising campaign and quality of leads to a higher level that is exceptional. This is all translating to a higher bottom line. I cannot get over the amazing quality of each lead with our Hibu campaigns that are running right alongside of our new website. In the past, we used a lead company which required that we pay for each lead. But the categories were not specific enough to our trade. I no longer have to waste my time requesting credits for inaccurate paid leads that were put into the wrong categories, nor waste any more time driving all over the country to find out that the lead wasn't taken right to begin with from an Owner or Business person. With Hibu leads...every lead is accurate and specific to my trade. In addition, we have had so many compliments on our very modern, progressive Hibu website as well. I just don't have enough time to stay current and learn everything for website design, SEO, and digital marketing in today's ever changing industry. We rely on our Hibu website and campaigns in all arenas, with the flexibility to make and add changes along the way. Our account manager - Diane Simon at Hibu has made exceptional suggestions, helped every step of the way, and is constantly monitoring our statistics and making adjustments to our website and marketing campaigns. I don't know what we would do without her guidance and expertise along with the Hibu staff that make it all happen. Do yourself a favor and invest in this company for your own company. They are truly experts.

The contract between Wilderness Island Tours, LLC, and Hibu is not complete; however, I, John H., could not wait to write this review on Hibu, a digital marketing/web designer company I hired in October of 2023 for Wilderness Island Tours, LLC. I can say that, to date, they have set the bar on Customer Service! Their web designers did a great job creating a Great website for Wilderness Island Tours, LLC in a short period, and Jason S., Digital Account Manager II for Hibu, took ownership of the start of a project and stays in communication with his team and client. I still have four months left of the contract. When the contract is complete, I am sure that we’ll have tweaked my website into a fantastic one and will add to this review.
