I don't post a lot of reviews but when I do, it's usually due to either a great customer service experience or a really bad one. Unfortunately, in this case, it was BAD. Long story short, good communication (w/o any assumptions or pretentiousness) should be the foundation of any marketing company, especially in the initial interactions. That is basically what any company like Hip is selling, and my experience with the Sales Director (HB) was one of the worst I have ever had in my entire career in orthodontics of 22 years! I am thankful though for this unpleasant experience because it forced me to look at other providers of such services (digital marketing and CRM software) like My Social Practice, Nuvolum, Doctor Logic and Ortho Marketing) to discover that there are a lot of other companies out there. Thankfully, we were able to find a reputable company, and my experiences with these other companies further confirmed that they actually walk the walk and talk the talk regarding good communication and selling services to help you (the customer at the end of the day) also sell a service.

These guys are ON IT!!! Everyone at HIP is super helpful and impossibly responsive. They must live with their phones or laptops taped to their bodies because they always get back quickly. They have helped us achieve a record year for starts/production/collections. We can't wait to see how much farther we can go with them. Definitely highly recommend... just not to any other practices in my area.
