The masterminds at hive I can never thank you enough let’s just say we are as busy as bees thanks to them! (Pun intended)

WOW!! That’s how I feel about the service we received from the crew at Animal Removal & Prevention. Melanie, George and Josh (I think that was his name) came in and immediately went to work. They quickly identified where the raccoons had been in our home and showed me the little paw throughout our basement. We had trapped the Mama Raccoon the day before with a trap provided by the city but knew from the scratching sounds there were more. Then the fun began! Melanie crawled into our unfinished chimney and then up into the overhead duct work where she found 4 very terrified baby raccoons. I was working in the adjacent room and had a delightful time listening to her trying to coax the little ones to come to her. I laughed out loud when she said, “No, no! Don’t follow your brother!“ They kept falling down into the wall. Melanie was so sweet and compassionate. It was obvious she wanted to help these motherless babies. After over 2 hours of trying all sorts of kissing and clicking noises, knocking and banging and cat food the babies wouldn’t budge. After discussing the situation with me I gave approval to cut a small hole in the wall and Melanie reached down and rescued the 4 living ones and 1 that had already died. She invited me in to meet my boarders. I’m not a real animal lover, but they were very cute! They asked to borrow our vacuum. When I went back to the room after they had gone I was amazed to see that not only had they cleaned up the mess but had put the room back exactly as they found it and even emptied the vacuum canister! When they came back to put on the chimney caps that had to be ordered Melanie knocked on my door. Apparently only 2 of our chimneys needed caps so she wrote me a check for the overpayment. Honesty- another reason to highly recommend this company. I don’t think I have ever given a 5 star ⭐️ rating as I am a perfectionist. Melanie and her crew deserve it: hard working, thorough, ethical (price was exactly as quoted), kind, friendly and professional. I just can’t say enough
