I have started using their services for my web presence and website for my multidisciplinary sports medicine practice and they have been beyond helpful in every way! Mike was my onboarding specialist and he was great! Knowledgeable, helpful and walked me through everything at my own pace, and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to optimize their online presence and reach their target audience more effectively!

Not sure what happened with docs that had a bad experience. Your experience may depend on who you speak with at iMatrix. I have never had a problem; their staff is quick and very responsive. I tried an upgraded package with a video and photos and was able to lower my package option after a few months, as promised. I have never been "stuck" in a contract with them and would highly recommend them for your website and online services. Just a quick update; spoke to Thomas recently and he was spectacular and gave great advice to improve things.

The best customer services. Great work and creativity. I am taking away a star since my google add is not up yet, each time I interact with their support team it is a different person. Last one told me it will be her from that day on and yet today for the phone meeting was a new person. We shall see how their adds work when up and running.
