I honestly do not have enough words to express how absolutely wonderful Chad Kraft and his team at Imphasis are. After several failed attempts at hiring other companies to improve our website and create the image of Prominence Title, I had just given up. I paid a lot out of pocket to these other companies that did absolutely nothing for us. I didn't trust any other company and had resigned myself to the fact that no one could help me unless I paid them a ton of money to make a halleluiah type website. I only wanted something created that would put out the feel and vibe we give and have here at Prominence Title. I was fortunate enough to be recommend to Chad. I thought oh here we go again but decided since I knew the person fairly well through my BNI Network, that I would give it another go and talk to Chad. That was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made!!! Chad is the real deal. He is a genuine guy just trying to help others. He listened to all I had to say, he got to know me, the staff and my company & it's vision. Chad took the time to carefully construct a website for us that expressed my visions. He was communicating on a regular basis, he did every single thing he said he was going to do and we even had a for real launch party with food and champagne to celebrate the day the new website launched. I couldn't be happier with the dedication that Chad has to his craft and his ability to create the visions in my head onto the website.
