Thank you, Innereactive for helping us update our old employee handbook. A project that most business owners would refer to as daunting and time-consuming was considered by us easy and smooth going with the help of Heather's knowledge base regarding employees and employers. Her talents are truly remarkable!

The entire team at Inneractive has been fantastic! Our new industry association needed a well built and easy to navigate website, and they delivered! Our site needed a public side and a "members only" side. They also helped us choose the best way to manage membership dues. Public side, members side and especially the back side were built well, and easy for us to learn how to maintain! Especially all of us who are not used to working with websites! The consistent communication was helpful to keep our project on track. They also made it comfortable to ask questions when we got stuck on how we wanted it to work. I highly recommend this group and have already done so for other groups like ours.

I get web and patient marketing services from Innereactive, and they never fail to disappoint. They're always reaching out with useful (not salesy) things I can do with my account, and it's not unusual for them to throw in some extra goodies I wasn't even expecting. Service is excellent thanks to my concierge Sarah, and turnaround times for emails and website updates are measured in minutes. An all around excellent company that I'm happy to work with!
