They work very hard to understand your business and your needs to help you create the best web presence. If technical issues come up they respond quickly to resolve the problem with minimal if any down time, even on weekends. We are extremely happy with our website.

We were having difficulty with the open rate on emails sent to our members. The open rate was very low, and it was a consistent problem. Karen Leonard helped by discovering that we needed to make changes in the chamber's DNS code, something we didn't know. Once Karen gave us the correct code, our website administrator made the change and ever since we have had at least a 30% open rate on chamber emails sent through Constant Contact. Thank you, Karen!

I apologize. There wasn't a link previously. Being a new “kid” here, Jada and Ryan have been nothing short of amazing in helping me with this page.
