I decided to leave IGV for a company that promised they could redo my website and get me listed on 70+ directories and increase the traffic to my website in October of 2022. It has been a year since and I decided to go back to IGV. The reason is simple, Justin, Karen and Ryan are the best possible resource and support team a company could ask for. They are there when you need them and they truly want you to succeed. I wasted a year with another company and it cost me a lot more money than just the monthly service charges. The number of people visiting my website or contacting me via phone or email was greatly reduced from what IGV produced for us. It was a no-brainer coming back to them and I don't plan on leaving again.
I would give the entire team of IGV a 10 star rating. They are the BEST.

We needed an critical update to our website do to us switching systems, and IGV Inc. support were very responsive and was able to provide the update very quickly. IGV Inc. has consistently provided us with world class service without fail over the 15+ years we have been their client. IGV still values and provides great customer service, which in my experience has been hard to find lately, so I'm very happy to provide them with this 5 Star review in hopes that those who are looking for a Marketing and Website Design provider will consider IGV Inc. Highly recommend!!
