I am a relatively new client but I cannot recommend this company enough. Not only are they a family business, they treat you as a member of the family immediately. I’m embarrassed to say how much money I wasted on ineffective marketing gimmicks; if only I found IMS when I founded my firm 2 years ago, after 15 years of practice at Big Law. If you want to be a digital, modern firm, look no further, IMS will move you to the front of the line.

Just a quick word of appreciation for all the help from IMS on the re-tool of our website and all that we’ve been learning as a result of our renewed association. It means a lot to me. I realize I’ve implemented about 5% of the wealth of tools to market and position our practice. (Okay, that’s way conservative but I have a lot to do yet.) The best thing, beyond the obvious professionalism of the website and outgoing communications, is I’ve finally started asking for better fees...and getting them. Whitney has really appreciated the new ways to respond to questions that come up from callers and email inquiries. I have to get on the stick and get those blogs, posts and newsletters going. I’m the holdup. Will do. Thanks again. Charles

I first came in contact with Integrity Marketing through a women's retreat that they hosted for female law firm owners last year. I was so impressed with how they operated and how they provided support and training for everyone there. I then kept in touch with them over the next few months and when I decided to open an estate planning portion of my law firm, they were my first call. I have been absolutely blown away by their marketing and training. This is the 5th law firm marketing company I have used over the past three years and IMS is above and beyond any other company I have experienced. They are up to date on the latest technology and marketing, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. The company not only has been building out my website and marketing platform, but they also offer business development and sales training which I have never seen any other marketing company offer. I have already started recommending other colleagues to use IMS simply because I truly believe they are the best in the business. I could write a small book on how impressed I am with this business. I am so glad I found them and cannot wait to see how far I can go with my firm with their support. Thank you so much IMS team!

After being in contract with Integrity Marketing Solutions (IMS) for a year, I decided not to renew. That said, I’m glad I chose to work with them. The experience helped move my practice forward (albeit in unexpected ways). My overall rating is based on three categories: coaching (5 stars), technical performance (3 stars), and client relations (2 stars). Coaching: I’ll gladly give five stars on their coaching. If you're willing to go through the coaching and apply what you learn, I believe it alone could be worth the first year's investment. Technical performance: I’d give 3 stars (just above-average). I got a decent website up, and their basic SEO helped me get to page one in a small but competitive market. My main reason in giving only a slightly above average technical rating is they didn't go above and beyond to make sure my site was performing great, which is exactly what I would expect for the investment. Only after I raised serious concerns did I start to get some attention. The above is an example of one of my main complaints: I really had to push for things to get accomplished. That theme that persisted throughout my contract, and it became quite frustrating at times. Even after improvements were made, they really should have done more. Look at the screenshots taken a week before my contract expired. Note: I did not cherry pick ones to post here. This is everything I looked into before my site was taken down. As you can see, the SEO tool shows a rating of "Meh" for each page's key phrase. Client Relations: I'd give them two stars. Although there are areas in which they are fantastic, there are others in which the client relations were downright intolerable. On the fantastic side, James Campbell's skills are amazing. He and Kari kindly helped me develop a logo and brand that really suits my practice. On the intolerable side, I never received any validation of my concerns, nor sense any responsibility was taken when I had to call out a mistake. Instead, I received a cold, matter-of-fact type of reply, or an "I'm sure this is frustrating" at best. The worst occurred in the final days. 1) A couple of days before my contract expired, it became apparent that my domain wasn't going to transfer on schedule. I requested an extra day before my site was shut down (which I had been told would happen if I did not pay $1,200 for an additional month of service). After receiving no reply, I followed up and received the following response from Jennifer the CEO: "I’m guessing your new guy hasn’t done something right. If it’s not working by morning I’d jump down HIS neck. We won’t take your site down until Monday morning." I was simply asking for a bit of cooperation. It wasn't my developer's fault. There was no need to give attitude or to yell in caps. 2) Three days after my site was taken down, I received an email from Google informing me that my Analytics account was moved to the trash can by IMS. I forwarded the notification to the CEO, asked why deletion was deemed necessary, and expressed concern it was in bad faith. After receiving no response, I emailed again, demanding that the account be restored to its prior status. I attached screenshots and emails showing my full permissions to the account prior to contract termination, and that I'd added my new web developer as a user a month prior in order to continue using the account. I also attached screenshots showing that I no longer had user permissions, and notification that the account had been trashed by IMS. All I received was the following reply: "I can reassure you that it is never our policy to delete a client's GA account or to remove clients as users from their accounts when they cancel services with us. If you were indeed removed from the account, it was a mistake that will be remedied when the tech team gets back in the office tomorrow morning. I know this is frustrating, but will be sure the tech team addresses this in the morning." Moments later, my user permissions were magically restored. No apology. No responsibility taken.

I was overwhelmed with the Fabulous Hospitality shown to me while attending Integrity Marketing Solutions 1st Annual Fall Revenue on Command workshop. Every single employee was present at the event, welcomed me every morning & engaged with all of us during the entire workshop. I learned more than I truly bargained for! Kudos to Jennifer & her INCREDIBLE Team! And coming from the flat state of Nebraska, the views were spectacular!
