Mike saved our life! We started to develop our website about a year ago, changed the web designer twice (one deceived us, the second one just dissapeared) and then we finally found Mike, which we couldn´t be happier about. Mike knows exactly what he does, he is a truly expert and extreme professional. He does not try to make money with you (as unfortunately a lot of web designers try) he cares about his clients, their website, their product, gives you great ideas, you can always reach him and talk to him, no matter if it´s weekend early in the morning or late in the evening. This is what we call a true professional! A lot of web designer can learn a lot from you how to treat clients properly. It´s been a huge pleasure working with you Mike and looking forward to continue our cooperation.

Saw the sign on TV during super bowl pre game show, disagreed with the placement of the signage but after a great response from the owner, felt my rating was not relevant.

This company is the greatest. After going through the ringer with other designers, it was such a pleasure to work with someone who actually listened to what I wanted and gave it to me -- all the while putting in a lot of crucial "value-added" that I never would have thought of. Most of us dread speaking to our Web designers -- not so here. It is supremely professional but low-key. You get the feeling that you are both working on something together and that you are in good hands. Mike has a system whereby you can look "over his shoulder" remotely. I was hesitant at first, but it works perfectly. So you can make the adjustments together from wherever you are. So -- working with my Web designer is a pleasure, not a chore! After building this new site, called LearnEnglishFlorida, Mike is going to rescue my New York site from my having neglected because I "just couldn't face it." At this company there is nothing horrible "to face." Working with Mike Haynes is a pleasure. I am recommending him to everyone!
