Awful! I ordered a coupon book for around $20 two years ago and next you know I’m getting charged 49.98 for a charge I was never aware of agreeing to. I tried to call them June 13 8:26 am and 8:55 am to cancel anything that was an accident or a scam on a voicemail but never received anything back. No call, no email. Don’t bother.

This is a VERY bad company. Very bad. They included unauthorized coupons for my business on their App, which has caused both my employees and customers unnecessary headaches and confusion. They will not respond to emails, will not take my business off of their app (I have no credentials to make any changes because I never signed up for it). This "business" is, honestly, hurting my business.

The entertainment book by HSP Epi Aquisition, llc had always been a good product. But, the book published lately is half the size and has offers that are given without the book. I hope that someone will help me cancel my membership.

i think it is ridiculous that you can not get a hold of someone to see where your book is. i have sent several emails and no response.

I bought this book 3 years ago. They auto-renewed this book 2x yearly without my permission. There is literally no way to cancel this or get in touch with them and my credit card company is useless. My only recourse is to cancel my credit card.
