We have been using JEMSU for our business for a year now and it has been an absolutely amazing experience. JEMSU leveraged AI to automate many different aspects of our marketing including our blog and different chat bots that are integrated into our website. Our online traffic has skyrocket since using JEMSU and continues to climb on a monthly basis. Best decision we made as a company this year was to starting working with these guys. I couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend them to any business owner looking to grow fast and effectively.

I really wanted to be writing a glowing recommendation of this company....but I don't have one of those. In fact, they didn't do ANYTHING that they promised they would do. Not 1 single thing. We paid thousands of dollars to either be ignored the entire time (our questions were flat out ignored), or to have them say 'we have no idea why you stopped getting any inquiries to your website all of a sudden....' They had to un-do everything that they had done (which was like 2-3 things, in 6 months time...) just so that we would appear on Google again. Fortunately, there is a 6 month 'out' in their 12 month contract, and the 6 months couldn't come fast enough. I am embarrassed to say we wasted every penny we spent. I truly wanted to love this company, but I am so far beyond disappointed in everything that we received (and didn't receive---btw, the contract was never followed just like a previous reviewer stated) that I feel like I need to warn people to keep moving and don't hire this company. It saddens me to have to say that, but here we are.

I highly recommend Jemsu! The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially Haley and Tristan. It's a pleasure to work with them.

Jemsu has been my SEO company for quite awhile and have done a marvelous job. Natalya has been a great help and has a lot of knowledge. They have a conscious, where other companies don't care if you succeed or fail.

Don't spend your money here, there are reputable SEO companies that are much better than this business. These guys are clowns. It should be named, Jokesu.

Look forward to a presentation that includes a video recording as well as a proposal in writing. The proposal will even include the details of how many words and backlinks you will receive over a certain amount of months. Now that's professional! However, If you choose one of the packages with more modest pricing--the proposal itself can change. In the old days they called this the bait and switch. There seemed to be some inconsistencies with my sales professional (Christian). When I called JEMSU headquarters in Denver and spoke with Natalya, she confirmed with me that the documentation Christian had presented was uniform across all of their team. In other words, they would honor the price based on the amount of backlinks delivered and the amount of words delivered-- in writing. A week later I spoke with Christian, and he let me know that he had spoken with Natalya and that they would honor the proposal based on words per month, backlinks, etc. After all, they recorded the proposal and sent me the contract with those specific details. What business in their right mind would walk that back? The answer to that question is JEMSU. Christian did let me know that he had to run all proposals by his CEO Chris Sams. ( I always thought you ran proposals by your boss before you made them?) as fate would have it, the JEMSU CEO would not honor the original proposal. Had they reached back out to me in person to explain the problem--I would be more compassionate. Even an apology in the e-mail response or something that explaining the their rationale would have been good business. But no one fell on the sword here. Just a black and white here it is-- take it or leave it. I don't blame anyone but here but the CEO. I don't blame his team in any way. Effective leadership starts at the top and permeates through the team. Or it doesn’t. Jocko Willink, former Navy Seal, wrote a great book in 2015 called “Extreme Ownership” I would highly recommend it to the entire JEMSU team. It's probably the best book I've ever read on owning your mistakes (and I would know because I've made a lot of them!) Why the three stars instead of one? Because people make mistakes and I don’t think this one negative event encapsulates JEMSU. I think this team will go on to do great things and I have full faith they will learn from this experience. Best of luck to the entire JEMSU team throughout 2023 and beyond.
