We worked with Josen to conceptualize a new design for our school shirts. We wanted something completely different than what we’d done before. José and his team spent time with us over the phone, asking the right questions to understand exactly what we were looking for. In the end, the designs came out looking incredible, as we’d anticipated. Wonderful work from the team and recommend 100%.

STAY AWAY from this business! Jose is notorious for overpromising and underdelivering. We hired him in January 2019 to create a website with an online store. We paid him to get started on it right away because we needed it done before June. We didn’t hear from him in months. We called him and emailed many times for updates. At first, he said he was still working on it and he wanted to meet to show us the progress. Unfortunately, he kept cancelling those meetings. He didn’t make the June deadline. We kept insisting on meeting with him. He finally surfaced mid June but had not done what we asked. He kept making up excuses. He “promised” he would make the necessary changes and have our website up and running the following week. That never happened. We continued to call, email, leave voicemails, text messages. He never responded. After emailing him about seeking legal action for breach of contract, he finally responded saying he would finish the job. We told him we were no longer interested in working with him and we wanted our money back. He said he would reimburse us. Unfortunately, he hasn’t done so. We will be continuing our legal proceedings until he refunds the money we paid him! DO NOT trust this guy! He is a big SCAMMER!

I am writing a review because I have reached the end of my rope with this company. Originally the experience of setting up our website was good. They did a good job with the set up, then, when it came for updates and corrections, the process slowed down to a crawl, primarily because Jose does not return phone calls, and making the changes to our website was painfully inefficient primarily because it took so long for Jose to respond to my phone calls and texts, it became obvious he was not prioritizing my requests. We have now decided to move on and hire a different company to help us manage our website. We have requested all our passwords and log on's, from Jose so we can work with the website we have already purchased. It has now been two months and we still have not received those passwords or any communication of any consequence. I would be very careful to hire this company as they are quick to get paid but slow to service. I give this company one star because google did not allow me to give zero stars.
