KARMA jack Digital Marketing Agency

I am the Executive Director of Six Feet Over, a Detroit based suicide prevention and postvention non-profit, that was granted funds including a marketing line item, so I began my research to secure the best fit for our org. I was looking for a company that was local to us, but more importantly I felt could understand our culture, mission as well as the limitations and needs that a small organization like ours has. What I did not expect was that a year in to working with Karma Jack my staff, interns, volunteers and myself would feel like their friends and family. The Karma Jack team is incredibly responsive, quickly pivots to feedback, and takes every opportunity to take field specific guidance and ask questions. They have taken the mission of our organization into every piece of the strategy and work product. Karma Jack has taken the time to go through all of our assets that provide best practice awareness and education around suicide related topics to better grasp our purpose and the nuances of our field to ensure that all content was appropriate and safe. The team has shown they are consistently thinking of new ways for our programs and the overall brand of Six Feet Over to be marketed, fundraise, and connect with the community at large. They think creatively, out of the box, and see possibility, when I have seen others struggle with what we do and how to make it approachable. Beyond their ability to adapt to new challenges in this way, they have shown an incredible breadth of expertise on the technology, platforms and systems used in marketing that have helped us with all things from analytics to integrations. I can say without a doubt that they are on our team and want us to succeed, and they do it with very apparent enthusiasm and drive. While I am writing this I am also working on the next fiscal year budget for the same grant that brought us to them which will continue to have the line item for marketing that will again read as Karma Jack, at least for me, and hopefully for many, many years to come.
