I've been working here for over four years. With that said, these are my own thoughts, not something I'm coerced into providing. This is, without question, the best work environment and the best group of people I've ever worked with. It's not perfect - nothing is - but compared to any other job I have ever had, in any field or industry, I have never been happier than I am working at RDI. For me, the leadership team at RDI does a great job of listening to my unfiltered, honest criticism and giving me thoughtful, timely feedback. Any concern I have is quickly addressed, and the effort I see from our exec team to maintain that sentiment does not go unnoticed. I've never been punished for being honest at RDI. I've been granted learning opportunities no other job has provided. RDI has taken care of me at a level I did not expect to find in any job, and for that I am genuinely grateful. To any RDI-ers reading this, you're all fantastic and working together with you is an absolute joy. I have awesome clients who I love working with - they are motivated to improve their organic search performance and are interested in impactful tactics that focus on their core business objectives and align with their values. The fascinating industries and exciting brands I've had the chance to work with have enabled me to apply proven tactics at scales that I had never had the chance to work at before. Being able to analyze and observe the web at this scale is a dream come true for me. Simply put, working here is awesome, the clients I work with are awe-inspiring, and thanks to RDI, the opportunity I have to make the web more accessible and easier for everyone has never been greater.
