I tried to ask for a refund. Service never started now all of a sudden no responses via email. These guys are crooks

A complete joke of a company. Terrible customer service, no responses, gets your accounts suspended. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

James and his equally amazing Krends family, have treated hundreds of people {myself included} with nothing less than the upmost care, compassion and just a genuine kindness— when involving ourselves in their services. So, my question to you is— Do you want a town of a thousand friendly-bakers to know about you and your maybe-plans {that’s not so bad} or...would you rather have 8 billion people absolutely know that your dreams of becoming whatever you wanted out of life...came true? The only way to establish that journey is with a little push from some friendly and professional people. Everybody needs a little help at some point in their lives— why not allow Krends that opportunity? I’ll see you on the other side where dreams are made, success is living and happiness engulfs you.

great service, would highly recommend

I’ve use this company to grow my business and at first it seemed working out really well soon after my account was being shadowed by Instagram I lost exposure did not get any views on my stories or much likes on my post I contacted Krands and they told me there was an issue on their side and they were working on getting it fixed... I waited and waited and the more I wait the more it went downhill for me after about four weeks of waiting with no changes I tried to canceling my subscription, they told me I would need to log into my account and cancel it on my end for security reasons, I tried logging into my account with out any success there is because I’ve never created one but they had one create it on their side so I could not login for the next three weeks until I started to seek legal action they finally sent my login and password so I was able to login and cancel it, this was very frustrating experience for me I wouldn’t wish this for my enemy!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE! I have tried it for 8 days and canceled because I did not like their aggressive follow/unfollow tactics. Shortly after cancellation, I have been blocked by Instagram from following others. I have reached out to customer service twice without anyone getting back to me on how to resolve this issue. I am in the process of getting my legal team involved. Keep Your account safe and stay away from Krends Consulting and Gram Gorilla.
