I tried to ask for a refund. Service never started now all of a sudden no responses via email. These guys are crooks

I’ve use this company to grow my business and at first it seemed working out really well soon after my account was being shadowed by Instagram I lost exposure did not get any views on my stories or much likes on my post I contacted Krands and they told me there was an issue on their side and they were working on getting it fixed... I waited and waited and the more I wait the more it went downhill for me after about four weeks of waiting with no changes I tried to canceling my subscription, they told me I would need to log into my account and cancel it on my end for security reasons, I tried logging into my account with out any success there is because I’ve never created one but they had one create it on their side so I could not login for the next three weeks until I started to seek legal action they finally sent my login and password so I was able to login and cancel it, this was very frustrating experience for me I wouldn’t wish this for my enemy!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE! I have tried it for 8 days and canceled because I did not like their aggressive follow/unfollow tactics. Shortly after cancellation, I have been blocked by Instagram from following others. I have reached out to customer service twice without anyone getting back to me on how to resolve this issue. I am in the process of getting my legal team involved. Keep Your account safe and stay away from Krends Consulting and Gram Gorilla.

* BEWARE * Stay away from this service. It is a total scam. I bought the premium IG package that included 2500 followers and comes with auto DM and set the demographics to only Las Vegas and every one of the followers were fake accounts from Africa, Saudi Arabia and other countries. The Auto DM doesnt even work. I went to their office in Las Vegas and it was a vacant office that was locked with no furniture in it. I call them and its always 2 different women that dont even live in vegas that are working out of their houses cause you hear babies crying in the background and when I complain they say “we will forward this information to our team and give you a call back in 24 hours”. Never got one phone call back ever. Just scam artists that buy bots for $10 a month and charge you $97 a month to use them.

This company is really one of a kind. I say that because they are a SEO company like I've never seen before, in a good way! Their communication, understanding, and work that they do is incomparable. I have had many questions for them and they always answer back and explain to me in terms that I understand. That is really important to me and I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend Krends!
