Terrible customer service, The business hours for California end at 1pm. You cannot get anyone to answer your call after that. They do not make SEO updates on your actual website, they create a different website to create SEO, Which is very confusing for customers. I have been with them 10 years and the customer service and service has gotten worse. Very rude,condescending customer service woman. Erica

So I just had the pleasure of dealing with somebody by the name of Sylvia Sylvia I see why you guys have a 2.0 rating your customer service is absolutely horrible and then when you have somebody tell you that you are miserable and all this other stuff now I wonder you have a 2.0 rating this company is an absolute joke they work great at one time until whoever that is it took it over and bought this place has absolutely turned it upside down and made it a trash can hole so I.

This company is an embarrassing example how to treat clients. Just got told when asking about search optimization and referring to the website as "My Website" that is NOT my website they purchase the domain name and allow me to use it. LOL. Been with this company for 9 years and thus is the response I get to just asking g questions. Then was told I should be embarrassed by getting upset that I was corrected about a term I used referring to my business Well this business is a joke and this exchange was just a joke.

Really not deserving of this 1 review. Stay away from this company. We canceled service in July and was charged for July and August anyway and they said they have no records of our phone call that I had noted on my calendar with the name of the person spoken to. They denied it and said they do not give refunds. Then when asked who the person today being spoken to, she kept saying hello, I don't hear you, then got disconnected and had to call back.We were not on Google locations but they still charged our card. This is just one of a few issues with this company.
