Don’t do it lost my job and my bank account and almost my kids bc of them already got ahold of the FTC as well yeah you really gotta go that far . Save yourselves . They will hang up on you when they can’t inform you just do they can keep your money don’t do it please don’t do it .

Terrible service, I switched to T-Mobile Home Internet and it works better and their customer service is great.

We signed up for a “price for life”” promotion where our bill was never suppose to change as long as we are with suddenlink. We have now had multiple increases on our bill by over $100, and they are telling us we never had price for life. They lied to use and gave us a false promotion and when I reach out all they can offer is a $5 credit. Very upsetting. Worst experience I’ve ever had

Rated a zero. They're the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. It's an act of Congress to get someone to listen to you and no way will they admit when they are wrong and they sure don't have a problem charging you fees and taking your money

they say they offer a 1gig connection that is a lie it usually ranges between 200-500Mbps and the upload is terrible it barely hits 10-25Mbps while it is supposed to be at least 35Mbps if you are a twitch stream do everything you can to live in a part of town that offers AT&T internet.
