Each team member at Lumina is highly professional, attentive to detail, and responsive to my requests and corrections. They were both patient and flexible with my needs and timeline. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gorgeous website with above-and-beyond support from conceptualizing to launching and beyond.

We contacted Lumina back in January to revamp our website. In the meeting, we met the CEO/Owner Yaniv along with the rest of the team. After careful consideration and meeting with two other companies, we went with Lumina and have not regretted this decision. The website took longer than expected but turned out beautifully. Lumina gets to know your business and creates a beautiful and carefully thought-out online representation of your business identity and personality. Even after launch, the team is available to address any issues. E-mails are answered in detail and in a timely manner. Most importantly, they do not overwhelm you with technical jargons. Through this process, Yaniv has been CC'd on every single email. We thought we would not see or hear from him again after the pitch meeting. The fact that the Owner/CEO of a business cares enough to be kept in the loop throughout a project speaks volumes. Searched all around NYC for a Web Design Company, after trial and error I finally found Lumina and I couldn't be happier. They are very responsible, have fair policies and really make you feel at home at their office. They are located in prime NYC area close to many subway lines, so its very easy and convenient to drop by their office whenever I need. They are always responsive over the phone and email, and when they promise to do something, THEY DO IT...unlike other companies. They are professional and care about delivering what is best for the client in order to succeed.
