Unfair interview process for Sales CRM Administrator Position as they invited me for onsite interview at San Diego Location on February 12, 2018. It was 2 hour interview with 3 different people. Everything goes well and HR had discuss with me about next step process. On February 21st , I got email from your UK based Team as they wants to conduct Skype call with me on February 22, 2018 also send me an invitation link to join meeting. 21st February around 6:00PM PST I got mail from HR that they won't move with my candidacy as My Skype call is already scheduled for 22nd February 8:30AM PST with UK Team. on Interview day 22nd February, I am ready for skype call and before 15 minutes of our Schedule Skype call UK team had Removed event as they declined invitation for call. Such an unfair interview process and finally told by them as they promote internal candidate for this position.If this is situation then how they can conduct interview and ask someone to come for onsite interview as they are hurry to fill this position. Don't play with someone career as you are not clear on position or what you wants to achieve by doing this. try to give solid reason if you are not clear. Please don't ruin someone career.
