Design & Media (Graphic Design • Photography • Video) We designed several assets and printed them out for General Saloon whenever necessary. We also visited their space to take videos and pictures when live bands were playing. Digital Marketing (Website Design • Event Lead Generation • Email • Promotions) took charge in completely redesigning General Saloon’s website. We incorporated: menus, specials, current offers, events, gallery, and contact. The home page highlighted the different sections of the website they can explore as well as reviews and promotions also decided to link their Instagram feed on their website to let visitors know they are on social media platforms. Additionally, everything a customer is looking for can be found on the website. Operating hours, location, phone number and email are all included. Social Media (Facebook • Instagram • PPC Ads) General Saloon opted to be a part of the social media space on Facebook and Instagram to target local communities and visitors looking for something new to eat. Again, just like with our other clients, we optimized their Facebook profiles completely populated with images and curated social media postings. During special events such as their Easter celebration, we boosted their posts and event page to gather interest and have more people come to the event. Search Engine Optimization (Local SEO • Google My Business) Alongside a new website, General Saloon wanted their presence to be strong in local listings. We managed and set up their listings on places like Google My Business and Yelp so that local customers can find a restaurant like General Saloon.

Design & Print Graphic Design • Menus Dusal’s Restaurant has used their old menu for many years and needed an update. We made necessary changes to the menu – adding new items and getting rid of old ones, as well as updating the prices. Additionally, Dusal’s Restaurant occasionally needs print materials like brochures. They have several events throughout the year which includes holiday specials. Digital Marketing Website Design • Promotions Just like our other clients, Dusal’s Restaurant needed a website makeover. We built all of their assets shown on their website and included all the pages a customer would need. The website includes: about us, menu, specials, online order, catering, order catering, coupons, gallery, and a contact page. We stayed on brand by keeping the theme consistent with their colors (maroon, white and cream). We also used elements to give a traditional, “just like home” Italian restaurant look. Social Media Facebook Depending on the demographics of a restaurant, social media may or may not be necessary. In Dusal’s Restaurant’s case, they find that social media isn’t the strongest way for them to reach their customers. They want to stay focused locally, but still have an online presence. We opted to set up an optimized Facebook page for the restaurant so that their online presence is boosted. Most of their marketing, however, is done through mailers since they emphasize themselves as a local restaurant and are focused on retaining their loyal customers. Search Engine Optimization Local SEO • Google My Business Dusal’s Restaurant’s listings On platforms like Yelp and Google My Business especially, it is important that the business information is accurate and complete as those are popular platforms people go to to search for food.
