We hired MB to do a quick refresh of our current website and it was the best experience I have had to date with an agency. From the professionalism and kindness of their people to the seamless process, to the end product, it was all a 10 out of 10.

We cannot say enough good things about Aaron and the team and Monkee-Boy. We found ourselves working with them during the pandemic when we were working remotely which presented unique challenges. The process of building a brand new website in and of itself can be onerous and overwhelming and even more so in this new and unexpected environment. Through it all they guided us with professionalism and genuine care for delivery of an end product that met all of our needs, especially in complex issues like ADA compliance and integration of donation and ticketing platforms. Not to mention providing a website that was aesthetically pleasing, matched our branding and featured our performances and venue information in a way that was exciting and informative for consumers. The team always took time to listen and understand what we were trying to accomplish and were always quick to reply to questions or concerns. This continues to be true when we reach out for additional technical and ongoing support of the site today.

Over the course of my 25-year career in marketing, Monkee-Boy is by far the best vendor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Their process is a well-oiled machine with unmatched customer service. The team took our vision and made it come to life with the website they designed and built for us. In my last position, I was charged with taking a concept for a very intricate, multi-function web-based tool from vision to reality. We had a dream and the M-B development team worked side-by-side with us over 2+ years to bring that dream to reality. In its final iteration, this tool, which is also formatted for full functionality on any smart phone/tablet, is elegant, responsive, more than we had hoped it would be. The team is intuitive, thoughtful, engaging and willing to roll their sleeves up and get into the weeds with you. They listened, gave us different options and the pros and cons of each option so that we could make informed decisions up front and avoid costly redesign later down the line. Given the opportunity to work with Monkee-Boy Web Design, Inc. again on ANY project of this nature, I would not hesitate. Similarly, if I were planning another similar project, I would choose M-B as my development team. Simply top shelf. 5 stars isn't nearly enough!!!

I reached out to Aaron about making some website changes and he was unable to help due to the code that was used (I don't know much about this stuff). Instead of just telling me this though, he went out of the way to introduce/connect me with someone who could help us. He was an absolute joy to talk to and listened to all of my concerns before making a recommendation. If we ever need a WordPress site, we will absolutely work with Monkey-Boy.
