We cannot recommend them. We lost almost $7000 before we finally gave up and walked away. We needed a custom Website with a Facebook style feed and a page with calculators for customers to tally their orders by pond type. We provided complete full-color page Mock Ups - with images, titles, text all presented in scale. We got a stacked-up mess that had no spacing and images in all sizes. Since we had paid already we spent the time to edit the stacked pages back to our original Mock Ups. Then we started getting repeated complaints that the editing used up their time, and that this type of work really isn't what they do, and that we should not expect to be able to raise up a Title or adjust sizes, and so on. For the final edit cycle we suddenly got told that it would be weeks until they would send a mock up - one page at a time for approval, before they would do the actual final edit, along with more complaints that this isn't what they do. We made the point that they should have told us this before taking our money. We decided to just walk away, since we didn't want to be tied into working with this type of unprofessional attitude and resistant service. They did offer us a link to what they had produced thus far - if we want to go find another Company to continue with.

We searched for months for a company or individual to develop our new site, and when we spoke to Moore Tech Solutions, it was immediately clear that we had found the right company. Don & Cindy are incredibly professional, and always available to address any concerns or issues we may have. Building a site like we needed for our particular industry was no easy task, but they did their research, and came to the table with a great plan and resources that specifically benefitted us. We intend to be partnered with them for years to come.

Moore Tech Solutions was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! We told Don & Cindy what we liked and disliked about our (then) current website, what we would like to have on a new website and maybe some ideas for the future of the website (as our business evolves) -- and they made it all happen just the way we imagined. We now have a website we're proud of and that our customers find user friendly. They took the technical aspects and broke them down in a way that made it easier for us to understand and they continue to assist us as needed.
