Did a phone interview with Joel for an Engagement Manager position. He came back advising they were looking for someone with marketing agency experience. It’s interesting because it says marketing agency experience at the top of my resume and in two different areas in my most recent position. When I advised Joel of this, he chose not to respond. It really shows how careless he and his team are in vetting potential candidates.
