M&R Marketing

I called M&R based on a referral from a marketing firm in Tallahassee, Fl. I called on Memorial Day and left a message. I called again on Wednesday after the holiday and this time I spoke to one of the Account Executives. I told her what I needed help with. Which was SEO and a new website, postal ad campaigns, help with getting my name out in the community to help my business generate sales. At the end of the conversation I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks at which time a presentation in person or virtual would be presented to me for approval. I was so excited and after 2 weeks went by and I didn’t receive a phone call, I called again and spoke to the person answering the phone. I told them I was waiting to hear back from the person assisting me and my business. He told me to give him my name and number and email and he would have them contact about if they were done with the presentation. I did and a 3rd week went by, still without a call. When I called for the fourth time I asked to speak with a manager or owner this time. I was asked what it was in reference to and I replied I would like to share that with a manager or owner only. I was placed on hold and told the owner was in a meeting and I would have to leave my name and number again for a call that I am now sure was never coming. I want to say I feel disheartened by the disregard shown me by this business. I am not sure if it was my race( African American) or the fact that I am a small business owner that doesn’t have a 100,000 or million dollar budget for marketing right now. But the God I serve is able to do exceedingly abundantly more than I could even think or even imagine. I am believing God for big things concerning my business. Everybody deserves respect. If you can’t or are unwilling to assist have the decency to pick up the phone and say that.
