Naperville PC Repair

Angelo is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I brought my Mac Book Mid-June, they said $400 to fix. I paid them then it took 2 months for them to reply. I finally picked it up in August. Brought it home charged it and it would not turn on. They did not fix it! Angelo would not reply for another month, then today told me they are closed and too bad on my laptop and money. He actually laughed at me when I said I would file a police report. All I can say is I hope he is closed down. Because he does not deserve to be in Business.

I have been to this shop twice for 2 separate repairs. They fixed my 5k iMac, and a mac mini for me. They diagnosed the work in a timely manner. I was given options for my repair. The work was completed in a timely manner. Both machines were not only fixed but definitely worked faster after receiving them back. I found them to be very professional and would highly recommend them.

They are welcoming to the older client and full of info.

I dropped off my iMac and was told it would be $275 to be repaired and that it needed a power supply. Got it home and it didn’t work. After returning the computer we were told by Eric that he and the owner had determined it could not be repaired. They will not provide a refund even though they say on line that you will not pay if it they can’t repair it. They are liars!! Look at the photo of the text I was sent from Eric, wouldn’t you have expected the computer repaired? Beware

Eric did a great job fixing our family PC. I would recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Waited 2 days to be contacted for an appointment. Fortunately, I took my laptop elsewhere 5 minutes after this place told me I needed to go online and request an appointment.
