Cinemark doesn't care and makes theaters too COLD now. I've complained more than once and been told there's been other complaints about it being too COLD after the movies starts inside the theaters and I was told the problem has been resolved and the temperature is in the 70's now. They LIED! Theater 12 is the worst and is always the same temperature as the outside. It's winter, so it's been consistently in the 50's. And the other theaters in the very low 60's. In the past, I understand why they used to lower the temperature after the movie started when there were 50 to 100 people in there, people create heat. But there's so much less seats and so few people because the movies aren't as popular as they used to be, but now they're trying to freeze this out and get rid of us I guess. I'm tired of complaining I'm going to AMC!

Seating is reserved and large. Kind of like sitting in domestic first class. I don't normally pay for movies in the theater because it's so expensive. And I don't consider sitting next to other people a benefit.

Really clean, comfortable. Picture and sound were great... not too loud. Also the candies were super fresh which is not often the case at the movies.

They now CONSISTENTLY FREEZE you and lower the temperature between 62° and 54° shortly after the movie starts inside the theater (not hallways nor bathrooms) in the winter! I wonder what the temperature will be in the summer 80's and 90's? Or what? I have repeatedly complained and repeatedly asked for the general manager to call me but he has not. It is obviously done on purpose and they don't care how uncomfortable movie patrons are. Consider bringing a heavy coat and/or a blanket because the heated seats are not enough when you are not moving around.
