Beware! Chris and his team seem very professional and trustworthy when you first meet them. I used them for their SEO services for about a year. My business is Moving Pros LLC also located in Surprise. I decided to hire them because they are local and I appreciated that they had a physical office I could stop into. About 6 months into my service I set up a meeting with Chris and Chelsea to either pause or cancel my services because my business had gotten extremely slow. I was completely upfront with this and Chris offered to continue work on my account for "Free" as an investment so that I wouldn't lose any progress we had made. I never asked for him to do that. Fast forward a few months and charges started hitting my account again. I went into the office in person to see what was going on because they never returned my calls or texts for 4 days after I got charged. When I went into the office Chris was in a meeting but said he would call me later that day. Another 4 days went by without any communication so I left him a one star review on his google. He sent me 2 emails shortly after posting the review. One email said that I was being charged because his system was trying to catch up on overdue invoices and he had no control over it (he uses stripe so I have a hard time believing that system lacks controls). He also said a woman from his accounting department would be calling me to refund me the charge. That also means he was never doing work for "free" like he claimed to me and he was really racking up invoices each month he said he was working for "free". He was racking up invoices on a business that had already came to him and explained they were struggling. After I left him a review he agreed to meet with me again. I told him that I thought the right thing to do was refund me the charges especially since he already said he would (he let another charge hit my account after he sent the email that he would refund me) I had to get a new debit card to stop the charges. During the meeting he said he would think about refunding me and give me a call that day. I also mentioned how I didn't appreciate being lied to and he told me "he doesn't appreciate having his character questioned because he is a man of his word". Its ironic he said that because he never called me later that day so he lied yet again to me. I am currently disputing these charges with my bank ($3500) and will update this review when I get an outcome. Another sketchy thing when I signed the service agreement there were maybe 5 pages with no language about cancelation policies, late fees, or anything of that nature. Chris felt the need to email me a long page of terms that he sent my bank after I disputed it, but when I look at my DocuSign that's the first time I'm seeing those terms. I told the bank to make sure my initials are on each page because those pages with my initials don't exist. In terms of the value I received from the actual work done, I would say I'm extremely disappointed with what was done. I paid for 5 locations to be optimized. I originally explained that I really care about our google profile more than the website and I want our google profile ranked high in Sun city, and Buckeye. I was already #1 in Surprise and Wickenburg (my two locations). After a year of work my organic website only improved in Surprise and Wickenburg, places I was already dominating with my google profile. There were no major improvements in any of the google profile rankings which is extremely disappointing. The content on my website is worse now than when I brought them my website. They added all sorts of pages that don't make sense and look tacky, the content I paid $100/page is incredibly thin. I mean one page for a location has the same text just copied and pasted with the only word changed is the name of a town. Just really awful value when you are paying $100/page for content. I would say I would have gotten the same value If i was only paying to optimize one location, so really No Boundaries Marketing Group is a huge rip off.

Kevin the sales manager was extremely unprofessional when we asked for an itemized bill since after insurance covered all costs there was still a remaining balance. Instead of explaining to us the discrepancy he continued to give unauthorized legal advice and proceeded to threaten us with putting a lien on our property which could never happen without first obtaining a judgment from a judge in court. Not only is he not an attorney his tactics are illegal in any state. After trying to speak to supervisors I could never even get a call back. Extremely rude and ignorant as to legal issues. Would never use in the future. Actually went with another company to fix my other property which charged me more but was way more professional. At the end I was given a video and receipt of all services from this other company something I never received from all about roofing.
