They were okay while I was a customer but my business isn't doing well and I needed to find a cheaper solution. They promised a lot for the 500 dollar exit fee but instead only threw a zip file at me and refused to resend it to the new company's email when I told them I needed sent straight to them. When they sent the files they completely took down my site without telling me. It's been down for a whole day costing me potential customers. Then later when I requested that they work with the new company to get the website setup, as promised for the 500, they yelled at me on the phone for 20 minutes that it was my fault for leaving them and that the site being down was no longer their problem. So be careful working with them. I don't recommend for start up businesses. They were always evasive about what the $150 a month was actually getting me. They never set a direct contract or outline of work and when asked they'd get very defensive and rude instead of just providing a recent task list or such.

Steven always responds immediately and has everything changed or fixed by the end of the day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
