Pawel is very kind, professional and talented. His creativity is wonderful and his attention to details definitely surprised me more than once. I went to take some portraits and he made me feel very comfortable, confident and inspired. The result was extraordinary and it’s definitely remarkable. I can’t wait to work with him again. I definitely recommend his work as a photographer and filmmaker if you want something both formal or unique.

In my capacity as Program Manager for an NPO which works with the Hawai'i Department of Education, I came across some of Oahu Films excellent work. Fun, upbeat, and creative. So when our organization needed short videos made about some DOE schools, I contacted Pawel at Oahu Films. It was a complete pleasure to work with him. We mapped out the project in one Zoom meeting, and a few months later we had our videos. Because of Covid, we needed to have some of them re-edited later. Again he was absolutely professional, and the project was a great success.

Pawel is the director of photography for our locally produced weekly show Cool for Kupuna. The quality of his work is outstanding and his creativity is amazing. The fact that he has won several awards over the years for his videography and photography speaks for itself. O‘ahu is so fortunate to have a talent like Pawel around to run Oahu Films. How a single person is able to have such the ability to do so much at such a high level boggles the mind. You can see his professional videos and incredible photos on his website (I believe his photography has recognized in the art circles as well as being featured commercially in places like magazine covers), but for us, he was able to do something different and create an animation from scratch that invited him to bring out creative vision, storytelling, and sense of humor. Pawel's creative mind touches everything that he produces, though: you can readily see it in his wide range of his works in his portfolio that makes you say, "where did that brilliant idea come from?" and also, "how did he do that?" He was extremely professional - quality beyond what we thought was possible, timely, flexible, and simply enthusiastic and generous in every aspect.
