I AM COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY! Thank you, Lupe C. And the Customer Care Team for an speedy response to my request. I was prepared to go back and forth few times but kept forgetting for 2 days to follow-up. Opened email up next morning and a replacement was already one the way! Excellent service whenever I order from the DoorDash store!

I ordered 5 door dash items , I received one , 3 weeks after I placed the order I called asking about the other 4 items and was told it shipped today . I ask for the tracking number and was told they have one yet it’s still being processed : well duh it hasn’t shipped yet : i want to cancel the order : was told it has been processed and shipped : well I want the tracking number : they state they don’t have it yet we’ll then the order hasn’t shipped yet : I should be able to cancel This order not wait another month for it to ship : this is terrible customer service : I don’t suggest ordering from here when u can’t get simple answers

Avoid ordering from Overture. I am a Dasher and I ordered a pizza bag. Nine days and still not shipped. I ordered pizza bags from Amazon and received them right away. Overture has not responded to two emails and nobody answers the phone at their company. Not good business. I will not order anything from them again and I can only hope that I get a refund for my undelivered bag.

Ordered over $150 worth of Doordash insulated bags and merchandise and my package was stolen from the front door of the Bonney Lake Post office because these people sent it UPS instead of USPS so it never made it to my secure Post Office Box. I sent a message via their website and left a voice message but never heard back from anyone about a replacement or refund. I’ve never had any issues in the past ordering because they have always sent my packages usps and this is not the first time I’ve ordered from this company through the Doordash website. The first catering bag I ordered is by far the best in terms of insulation, but I now own four total and they all need to be mended or replaced because they are falling apart and this is the second year I’ve been a full time dasher. I’m a single mother and this is a tremendous loss for me, I work everyday and every penny counts. I would appreciate if I could get a replacement sent to my Post office box or a refund so I can purchase from a different vendor, along with an email confirmation, otherwise I can only claim this as a Loss on my tax return.
