Luigi of Palm Desert Web Designers went beyond my expectations. NOTHING was too much for him to do or figure out. I thought, that after having about 3-4 other websites built over the years, that his prices were very reasonable and fair! Months after my job was done, he is still available for questions and changes (done almost immediately). He charged my credit card for a renewal (which I did not want to do) just because he had my CC number. I could NOT get my money back!

Do not hire this guy. Trust me on this. He will underbid his competition and then charge you ridiculous upcharges on anything you want to add to the site. With this guy, you MUST get everything in writing, or he will screw you. He also will charge you for unnecessary hosting fees. He is reluctant to fix things tooo after he gets yours money. BEWARE. Go somewhere else. I have had nothing but headaches with glitches that needed to be fixed. He also needs to learn how to spell. He will not get anything spelling-wise right on the site. You have to walk him through everything. $3000 quote turned into $10000 spent after everything said and done.

I read the reviews about this Company specifically about Luigi. I have worked with him this past year and must say he is every good thing and even more if that is possible. He gets my highest recommendation because he is dedicated to doing only one thing, doing it with excellence and no exceptions. He is also one of the most creative and talented people I have ever met in my 80 years. He cares about his clients and is always willing to go the extra mile. I feel fortunate that I happen to have read the reviews and we met. I consider Luigi to also be a close friend. Recently reached out to Palm Desert Web Designers for a second project. This one was a bit more complex, involving multiple users, blogging functionality, calendar and map integration, etc. As always, he delivered! Really happy with the final product. He is very knowledgable about web design, and frequently gave me advice and tips on how to optimize user experience. He was very patient with my initial back-and-forth too! Also, he's good for my ego, because he laughs a lot, which makes me think that I am funny (but I'm really not).
