They’re probably the best company for canvassing pest control. However they have a lot of back end issues that they are slow to fix.

I use past route every day and I love it One thing that I have a issue with when you're leaving notes for the it's very easy for them end up on the customer board. One small red line so that we know we're not going to be seen by customers would be a great asset

As a primarily lawn care focused company, we found the program cumbersome and not user friendly. Too many key strokes to get to the information that we needed. Our customers rarely got through their first screen of their Client Portals due to the complexity of where to navigate from there. It may work great for pest control companies, but not so much for my company and how we do business. Due your due diligence before signing a contract to make sure it will work for you. I will pay out my contract as legally required and chalk this one up to growing pains.

SCAM. This company continued to bill me after cancellation and then proceeded to send my business to collections after. They are unable to handle their company like adults, and try to scam small businesses into thinking they will be successful. I refuse to recommend or use this company in future entrepreneurial endeavors. Sad to say.
