This company has by far the worst cancellation process I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been with them for years and when I needed to cancel a subscription from a company I purchased it’s taken over 3 months and they continue charging my card every month. I called to cancel and sent multiple written cancellation reasons and they continue to act like they haven’t gotten anything and continue charging my card. This is a SCAM and I would highly recommend NEVER using this company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by far.

TERRIBLE company. They couldn’t onboard me in time to start with their service so I canceled. They then tried to charge me every month after for 6 months straight even though I canceled and got confirmation from them. They then tried to strong arm me and charge me $6k (on a $199 a month subscription) to scare me into paying. Truly a terrible experience all the way around.

I want to give them one star, but I have enjoyed the actual Fieldroutes software over the 5 years I have been with them, so I settled for two. My issue has been going on for 9 months and they won't address the errors they have made. Right up front their customer support is horrible and their software is overpriced. I have been wanting to leave for years but the transition is a scary process which is why I haven't yet, but after this mess I certainly plan to. My specific issue is with their sales software for door to door sales reps. STAY AWAY FROM IT AT ALL COSTS! I have used it every year for the five years I have been with them and every year it was as simple as calling in once my sales reps went back to school or quit to cancel their subscription. This year their rep wanted me to sign a 12 month contract for each Sales Routes subscription, which is around $33/month for EACH sales rep, so it ads up quick. I told him that I only need it for three months during the summer and was not about to pay for 12 months for a sales app per sales rep, especially during the winter when there's snow on the ground and my business is in a four month lull. He assured me that they do not hold anyone to the contract and that it is as simple as calling in to cancel the subscription. Since this had been my experience the past four years I agreed to it. The time came a few months later to cancel the subscription. Now when I say I called in, keep in mind that consisted of many emails, voicemails, and phone calls before I actually got ahold of anyone because their customer support is completely lousy. I called in and requested it cancelled, and I thought that was that. They kept charging me. I called in again and they told me I had to cancel it on my end, which I did. They kept charging me. I called in again and demanded my money back and had the rep on the phone walk me through cancelling it on my end and that she would look into the refund. It never came. They kept charging me. This went on for 9 months. I called in again, really annoyed and frustrated, explained the situation, and demanded a refund. I had to wait five days for a response, and the response was a picture of my signed contract and an explanation that they would be charging me for the remaining months of the contract to boot. They did me dirty. They won't pull up the recorded phone call, which they say at the beginning of every phone call, to verify that their sales rep gave me very faulty information. They won't look at my case at all, despite they did it one way for four years only to change it now? They won't acknowledge that they actually agreed to cancel it with me multiple times over the phone and that their reps were confused as to why I was still being charged. They won't call me back or get back to me except to hide behind the contract that I signed with the verbal promise I could cancel it at any time (like I was able to do the previous years, which is why I believed him). My bad for not getting it in writing, I suppose, but the whole experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

This software is wonderful! There are constant improvements, webinar aid, and overall, the pairing with mobile devices makes this a complete solution for pest control professionals. AG reports are automated, product dilutions are pre-calculated, so only finished product need be entered, and much more. I would like to see an offline que in the mobile app for photo uploads to make it easier for technicians to upload photos when service is slow. Keep up the great work, though!
