Any service whose only "help" is to sign up for their various additional Services, and even then, they seem apathetic...odd... Been waiting for multiple very important pieces of personal mail... And the service person did not seem to care.

10/10 for manager of the 55404 area, Dan! Answered my million of questions with a mistake of a package delivery and left me at ease. Got a tracking update today for a very important package, and all is exactly what he said. After dealing with customer service and a million postal workers, Dan has so far been the absolute best.

The older lady who is in every morning is an absolute gem of a human. The rest of the employees have only given me trouble. I ship with poshmark and I’ve been made to re pack my orders in the middle of the store for using priority flat rate boxes even though it specifically tells me on the poshmark website these are the boxes I’m supposed to use. Even after telling the employee I’ve never had to do this before and I’ve shipped out 100s of orders the way I was, another box was tossed over the counter at me and I had to repack my order. The box given to me? Another priority flat rate box, made me a little mad. Again the older lady who usually helps me, amazing. The other employees? Either they have an attitude or they make you repack your order because of rules they seem to have made up on the spot.

I got a re-dilivery slip marked “first notice” in august - no subsequent notices or attempts to deliver my package occurred, and there is no information on packages being returned to sender after 15 days anywhere on that slip. When I called to ask about what happened, the woman working there yelled “what, you think we keep them around!?”, and proceeded to hang up on me and has sent the rest of my calls to voicemail. Not even a half-baked attempt to help me figure out what happened. I’ve never had a positive experience with this post office, but this is definitely a low point for them. -10/10 customer service, not even a feigned attempt at it.

I always had problems reaching this post office’s number, although sometimes it’s a hit or miss when it comes to their customer service. I had problems with them delivering my packages to the wrong address (throughout this whole summer) and having to try and reach someone from this post office to inquire about it was so frustrating and difficult. And being told by other USPS locations to call the Loring post office (this one) because they’re the ones that actually deliver packages in my area, which was even more frustrating because customer service is non existent so it’s so difficult getting ahold of someone to inquire about packages and by the time I get ahold of someone, my packages are already long gone.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with USPS, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations with others. The level of service I received was nothing short of unprofessional and unreliable, leaving me deeply dissatisfied as a customer. From the moment I made contact with USPS, it became evident that their staff lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. The interactions were marred by a complete disregard for customer concerns and a dismissive attitude. It is disheartening to encounter such apathy from a service provider that is meant to deliver on its promises. In addition to the unprofessional behavior, the reliability of USPS's service was severely lacking. I experienced significant delays in the delivery of my packages, with no clear explanation or accountability from USPS. The lack of transparency and frequent miscommunication added to my frustration and inconvenience. Moreover, when attempting to seek assistance through customer service channels, I was met with long waiting times, unhelpful responses, and a general lack of willingness to resolve the issues I faced. It is simply unacceptable to be treated in such a dismissive manner when seeking assistance with legitimate concerns. As a customer who relies on USPS for the timely and reliable delivery of important items, this experience has left me with a complete loss of faith in their ability to fulfill their obligations. I cannot emphasize enough the need for USPS to address these issues promptly and take concrete steps to improve their service quality and customer support. In light of this disappointing encounter, I strongly caution others who are considering utilizing USPS's services. The unprofessionalism, unreliability, and lack of accountability exhibited by USPS staff and their customer service department make it difficult to recommend them as a trustworthy service provider. I sincerely hope that USPS takes these criticisms to heart and implements necessary changes to improve their overall service quality and customer experience. As customers, we deserve better treatment and a service provider that can be relied upon to deliver on their commitments.
