Poor overall experience, the design was nice, sometimes slow to respond, I asked for a website that I owned, they assured me I could take it anywhere, and that I would be able to host the site anywhere I chose, I paid extra for this option, when I left they sent me a bunch of unusable files that were useless, I would stay away from this firm, there a lots of other choices out there that are excellent, reasonably priced, and don't use proprietary platforms so you are not at their mercy if they don't perform.

We engaged Practis to build a new website for a large physician group client. Due to the size of the group, the provider directory required a unique approach and was fairly complex to build. The Practis team worked with us to design a solution that worked for the providers and their patients. Additionally, they have worked with us to create a fairly seamless way to post frequent health news content on the site in a visually-appealing fashion. Finally, their SEO work seems to be driving additional traffic to the site.

Stay away from this company. Terrible customer service, constant turnover of website project managers. They trap you in a contract and bill you for services that aren't provided. The website design is basic, and it is a struggle to design and modify the site following their initial build . The owner John Pettrone will be the first to call and sell you on the product, to give the impression that this is a small, hands-on business and he will be involved throughout your time as a customer; then you will never hear from or deal with him again. I was told that I could stop using their SEO and marketing, hosting services at any time, now that I paid for the website to be built, and they subsequently have made it very difficult to cancel my service and have continued billing me despite not providing any service for the last several months. 1/31/2023 update: I happened to call the billing dept to obtain a "90 day cancellation form" to cancel my service, and John Pettrone (owner of Practis) answered the phone and explained that he was covering for the receptionist out on lunch. I think this anecdote is very telling.

Very unprofessional to work with. Sad they can't see the forest through the trees and lost an opportunity to quote for a much larger book of business. Recommend if you are considering them that you look at other options. We have been much happier with WebFX as they treat us fair and with respect, and offer a great product.
