I purchased a SEO Service from PR. Business in 2022 because they stated that I needed it to grow/scale my business and also populate in the top searches for my grooming business. A year later and after I complained about not being found on google they said "oh you need the Directory Service...." I paid PR. Business $2,000 up front for this service and the outcome is still the same! I have 325 - 5 Star Reviews, plus with their services they said they provided, I should at least be in the top 5, not the case. I'm populating around 22 out of maybe 42 groomers in my area code, for 2k...! Not to mention they schedule monthly meetings to go over you stats but it's the same info you can read to yourself. So, I requested a refund for being duped into a service that their not providing and somehow I have to wait for the mysterious person named Kathy to return my call! Now, I can't get anyone to answer their customer service number(s) or will they return my emails. If I knew then what I know now this wouldn't have happen. That being said.... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH PR. BUSINESS!

What an absolute waste of over 2000 dollars. Zero not one call in a year, Not only that, but still can’t find our website even on Google every phone call was promises that they were working on it. The salesmen there are very slick they will Tell you everything you want to hear then do nothing. Can’t even find out web page with search and zero phone calls not even one for a year. We want our money back. No effort whatsoever, just empty promises. Joke of a company. Conchytonkcharters

I'm trying to contact this company for several days, with emails and calls, but nobody's called me back... my company got worst position on Google since I signed the contract with them, I don't recommended them to anyone , its the worst company I had work with
