I’ve been fortunate to work on several video projects with Dawn at Production Craft and was very pleased with the project management, creative services and final deliverables. Dawn and her team have years of experience and truly partner with the client on a project. The team provides realistic estimates and is a good steward of the timelines and budgets. Product Craft brings their A game to every project whether it’s motion control video or producing a patient story. On the motion control project, they were meticulous, ensuring that every device was captured accurately and effectively. For every project, the team of professionals anticipates and prepares for what is needed but also effortlessly adapts to unforeseen situations. The team excels at story telling. We made four separate patient videos for disease awareness campaigns in various versions to support social and web platforms. Their ability to capture the patient’s perspective in words and images is wonderful. In fact, one video recently won a Communicatory award. Our relationship with Production Craft began out of necessity during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We hired them to shoot video on location in Chicago when travel was not an option for our team in Cleveland. Their professionalism, creativity and customer service mindset set them apart from other production companies we have worked with in the Chicagoland area. Since then, we have hired them multiple times for various production needs in Chicago. Their partnership with us has been nothing short of fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any production needs.
