I noticed that I hadn’t been charged for coverage this month on my bank statement. I have it set up for auto payment. I called last month to cancel my renewal NOT my current policy. I was specifically told my policy ended on 11/30 and have set up a new insurance which is saving me about $300 in December. Wish I knew progressive was going to cut off my auto payment and make it look like I didn’t pay for my insurance this month. Would have loved to start with Geico earlier. Thanks to the carelessness of progressive I drove my car uncovered. I just made my final payment manually and am excited to be starting with a new company. Will definitely go with another company for my renters insurance when it comes time to renew that. And will recommend Geico to all my friends and family. Strangers, definitely look into Geico for similar coverage at a much lower price!!

Disgusted. Inaccurate information pertaining to my living address. Cancelation of my policy unjustified.

I really had a very bad experience, an agent sold me insurance from DC, having Maryland plates, today the MVA charges me a 1500 dollar fine for that mistake that I did not make, I always paid Progressive in a timely manner, and I lost out, Today they don't help me or give me the money back for the policy year. I'm really disappointed. Thank you, Nelly Pereira.
