Mike - We don’t find a person as honest as Mike in today’s world. In a market where everyone try to sell you things you don’t need, Mike gave an honest opinion and even gave some ideas to improve my attic. Who does that - If not today but whenever I decide to upgrade my attic, Mike has already earned my business. I will advise any homeowner to just ask for Mike for master attic services.

Master Attic installed insulation in my cape cod house. They were very knowledgeable and provided information that the competition didn’t. The workers did a wonderful job, the insulation looked perfect, they were diligent, respectful of my home and did an amazing job cleaning up. I would highly recommend this company.

Would definitely recommend this company, to anyone in need of attic restoration or pest exclusion services. Pricing was better than the competition and itemized very clearly. Roberto and his team removed old insulation, sanitized and installed new insulation in both our attic and attached garage. They were efficient, informative, and diligent that the job was done correctly and that it was clear to me all the way through.

Just had my attic cleaned out by master attic and am leaving three stars because I am ecstatic about the service that Jorge provided but very disappointed in master attic for the price they charged me. They absolutely GOUGED me at $2,400 to have my 800sqft attic cleaned out. It was a pretty straightforward clean. Bag old insulation, throw the trash out of the window in my attic, vacuum out the blown insulation. It took Jorge and his partner 4 hours to do the job, and again Jorge was INCREDIBLE. But that means that master attic charged me $600/hr to have my attic cleaned out. SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS AN HOUR. Top attorneys on high profile murder cases charge $600/hr. I want to repeat again that Jorge and his partner did an absolutely outstanding job, but charging someone $2,400 for a routine clean out in a downturned economy is certainly unethical and I personally feel disgusting as well. I am a business owner as well, you don’t do that to people. I paid it though because I had no other choice. I’m pretty sure master attic knows there aren’t any other choices out there which is why they’ve gone down the route of hyper-inflating (gouging) their prices. When you’re the only game in town, you can do what you want I guess, moral or amoral is it may be. The worst part is, Jorge and is partner who did all the work probably got 10% of that $2,400 money grab. Would I use master attic again? Absolutely not at the prices they’re charging. I can only laugh at what I just had to pay out of desperation, thank god for credit cards. I’ll be paying off this 800sqft attic clean out for the next 10 years. If they decide to drop their prices and accept that most people don’t have a new car down payment to put toward an attic clean out, then sure I’d use them again. As long as Jorge was the one to do the work.

Spoke to mangement on a Sunday came out same day and gave me an estimate. I agreed gave a very small deposit. Came back Tuesday to vacuum out the attic on a house we were renovating. Being a builder for many years this company did an outstanding Job. MJ
