Master Attic was a life saver for us! Their price was much better than others, even before the 10% senior discount. The technician who came to access our attic rodent infestation was thorough in his examination and very clear on what the remediation process involved. Deciding to go ahead with the costly project was a big step, but our trust was rewarded. We have a large attic area so a crew of 5 was sent. Under the supervision of Roberto, they were efficient and fast. The entire living area was shielded with hanging sheets of plastic in addition to covering the floor. Roberto kept us informed as the work progressed , offering opportunities for inspection. When the job was done they also showed equal attention to clean up. Considerate, honest, skilled, and reasonable! What else is there to say.

From the initial consultation to completion, their services were geared toward professionalism, respectfulness, integrity, and going beyond what was expected of them. Roberto (and his team) who led as foreman of his team, went out of his way to ensure and prioritize our requests for this job. We interviewed other companies but did not find the comfortability factor received from this team. Without a question, we would use their services again.

The crew was terrific who went into our crawl space and removed all the old installation, sealed holes and then put in replacement installation. The area was also vacuumed and sanitized with bleach. Thank you, thank you for your professional work.

The technician Anthony who provided my estimate was highly experienced and described in understandable terms exactly what would be done and by whom. He is a people person who listens to the customer. There was no pressure to sign a contract. The work crew was very efficient and paused at various stages to show me what they had done. They laid plastic throughout the house, removed quite a few items stored in the attic, removed the old insulation, sanitized the attic then installed the new insulation. Work was done in one day and went precisely as Anthony had described. Everyone whom I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and truly cared about their job from Sarah June the recptionist to Anthony to Wilmer and his crew. I am completely satisfied.

The key to a successful professional relationship with anyone (especially a contractor) is open, honest and timely communication - all of which they displayed. All of the staff were friendly and courteous- they answered questions with patience as if we were their family (seriously) -they took the time to explain things- they were punctual and clean - definitely recommend them!

Did an excellent job insulating my attic. All communication was timely and professional. We had an issue occur during the install that Master Attic immediately fixed with no hassle.
