I find their way of contacting prospects for their own business super annoying and unprofessional. The contact page on our website is for people who actually want to use our services, not for someone who wants to sell us something. A better approach would be to actually take the time look up our names and send a professional email rather than a spam message posing as a customer with the comments starting as “hey,” I really hope Ryan actually responds here.

Despite multiple discussions, they failed to understand my business goals, leading to a strategy that was off-target. Prospectr presented more than 10 leads, but they consistently fell short of meeting the qualification criteria. I declined these leads because they failed to align with the targets outlined during our consultation and strategy phase. Again, these targets were discussed at length, re-iterated and you assured me would be no problem to reach. However, the leads that were presented to me did not align with our prior discussions. Prospectr earned my business a 1-star review not by reaching out to someone having a bad day, but rather by failing to adhere to best practices. Your team ignored clear instructions on this person's website, which explicitly states: "Absolutely no solicitation will be accepted." Despite this, your team proceeded to fill out the contact form, resulting in a negative backlash.

Travis and his team at Prospectr Marketing have been great to work with and have been very successful in providing us with quality leads. I worked with many other companies trying to obtain leads and Prospectr has been one of the best.
