R2I served as our companies agency of record. I inherited the 5+ year relationship the agency had with my firm when I assumed leadership over digital marketing functions in early 2019. While I was aware of R2I through community involvement in Baltimore, I had never had the pleasure of working with them. It was to my great happiness that the account, strategy and execution teams all leaned in, listened and responded to my companies evolving needs. With the leadership of Lindsey Byroads and Julie Good, R2I stepped up and delivered insights that would serve as the foundation of our marketing strategy for years to come. The entire team struck a unique balance of pushing us while understanding the complexity of change that solidified a trusting relationship. In my experience the level of trust we fostered is rare in the agency space and R2I truly were seen as extensions of our internal team. While agile is an overused and misunderstood word in modern lexicon, I would prefer to use flexibility and adaptability to describe R2I. In the face of it all, their professionalism and results-driven execution never faltered.

I've been working at R2i for a little less than a year now. This is definitely a team full of intelligent, digital-savvy, tech-minded people who are passionate about helping their clients and overall agency life. It's a place to put your skills to work & to have fun while doing it!
